What is The Fountain?

Bradford on Avon’s alternative group for networking, sharing, teaching and learning

Whatever your path may be, it is very supportive and nurturing for yourself and the community to meet and share with kindred spirits. The Fountain meets once a month in one of a few venues in Bradford on Avon that donate the space. Attendance is free of charge.

There are many people in Bradford on Avon and the surrounding area who are pursuing a more ecological, ethical, globally conscious / spiritually orientated lifestyle. Bradford on Avon sits on the edge of mystical Wiltshire, with its megaliths, ancient sites and seasonal crop circles, and just down the road from vibrant Bath.

Many of us are interested in:

• alternative and green energy
• alternative education
• ecology
• evolving awareness – personal and global
• community building
• skill sharing

Each month at The Fountain there is a talk, workshop or film given by a speaker on their subject of particular interest and expertise. Speakers are often, but not always, from the local area. On the right you will see a list of past and future subjects so far – it is very diverse and always interesting.

There is also an open space for personal sharing and discussion with the opportunity to connect and network with others both personally and on a community level.
