Your personality and characteristics are defined by the shape, size and colour of your toes and feet, and at a deeper level, by your life experiences and conditions that have caused and cause you to react in a certain way. In essence, our feet mirror the path we have and are walking through life.

Frigon8 came about when I had sciatica and realised I needed to change the way I walked to balance my muscles. My sciatica has gone and I’ve been free of it for 3 years.

The Frigon8 Kinetic meditation (not static or sitting) was a by product of the walking but uses the same geometric patterns. Done to music and very enjoyable.

Frigon8 Dance is again very simple and enjoyable and again uses the same geometric patterns. This is a full workshop where by the end you will be able to do all three.

Deirdre Edwards is an award winning actress, teacher, practicing teacher of healing and regular presenter of the Marlborough International Crop Circle Conference, having taught for the NFSH for many years and established courses at Morely college in London. Her writing and land-healing work lead Deirdre recently to spend a year living in a straw bale roundhouse in Wales.
